Karli finally has her first tooth. She is just 2 days shy of being 11 months old. I couldn't get a picture because she wouldn't sit still with her mouth open long enough. I will try again in a few days. Hope all is well with everyone.

Renovations are complete.
While this is not the best picture of the half wall that we built, it is the only one I took of the finished product. It looks so great. You would never know that the ugly wrought iron is under that wall. Now the only thing left to do is put the baseboard back onto the wall in the master bathroom, and recaulk around the tub. I am so glad we are done with everything. The following are things we have done or had done to the house the past week and a half.
1. Had the outside of the house repainted.
2. Finished out the half wall, and painted it.
3. Repainted the living room, hallway, entryway, master bathroom, kitchen(after a mishap) and downstairs hallway.
4. Pressure washed the front porch, stairs and sidewalk.
5. Fixed the kitchen drawer and cabinet that I broke.(LOL)
6. Stained the new kitchen drawer/cabinet.
7. Put new guts and toilet seats in both bathrooms.
8. Washed all miniblinds and curtains throughout the house.
9. Did MAJOR amount of yardwork, trimming bushes and cleaning out flower beds.
10. Started a yardsale pile in the garage.
Now just hope that all our work pays off and our house sells.

Buying, Selling, and Contracts Galore
We have been looking at houses for awhile and we finally found one. It is in the city where we live now ( which makes our parents very happy). Most of you know that we were looking in another city about 20 miles away. While that may not sound like a big deal, I would be giving up my free baby-sitters, and have to rely only on daycare. This made me more than a little nervous. Anyway we are getting a great deal on the house, and are officially under contract to purchase it. Now the catch.. We have to sell our existing home. YIKES!! The upside of this is that we have until August 15 to sell it. The other plus is that our home is showing very well. It was shown 3 times in the first week, and has shown 2 more times this weekend. One couple actually put us on their short list.Oh Yeah!! We are putting this totally in God's hands. If we are meant to buy the house we found, then ours will sell within the 90 day time period.. Just think 3 weeks ago we hadn't even looked a single house yet, our house wasn't for sell, and here we are now...Things are happening fast.

The Whirlwind
I feel like I have been caught in a whirlwind the last two weeks. Two weeks ago on Sunday me and Ran decided to go look at some houses. Well by Friday of that week we were listing our house for sale. Our house went online-aka-live and for sale- on Monday of this week. So far it has been shown 2 times with another showing scheduled for tomorrow, one for Monday and several other(9 total) calls about it. Things are looking very good. Now for our dilemma, we can't figure out if we want to move to another city or stay where we are. So far we have only looked at 2 houses, only 1 of which we liked. We are going to look at 3 more tomorrow. I at least want to have an idea of what we both like in case our house sells really quickly. So this week has been full of fixing the little problems in the house. Next week we are having the outside repainted. We are both very excited to be looking for houses, but I am scared to death. We have placed this matter into God's hands, and we know our house will sell when it is meant to be. Please keep us in your prayers as we try to find another house for our family.
