We are Expanding!!

We are officially here to tell the news. Our family is expanding...That's right, I am pregnant with kiddo number 3. We found out on June 25th, and actually have been able to keep it a secret. My first OB appointment was on July 15th, but due to gestational age not equaling sac size and a low HR, we had to go back again on July 23rd. We are pleased to announce that we have "1" healthy baby now with a heartbeat of 144. I haven't been sick at all. I have only gotten carsick a few times, but never to the point of losing my cookies. I do however have the worst heartburn ever!!! We finally told Korey the day before yesterday. He is very excited. We are going to tell Randall's sister next, then my parent's and his. My mother knows that we were going to start trying again around Karli's first birthday, but Ran's parents only know that we were planning to have another one sometime in the future. We are due in early March 2010.. I have included an U/S picture for your enjoyment...Oh and dont mention on myspace or facebook...Thanks..

4th of July, Karli came home a year ago today!

Karli came home from the hospital last year on July 4th. It is a day that I will always remember that special event. After an 8 day stay in the NICU, we were ready to be home. I can't believe how fast the past year has gone by and how much she has changed. Above is a picture that was taken this week and below is a picture taken the week she came home from the hospital. She weighed 4lbs 14oz when she came home and now weighs 19lbs 3oz.

Karli's First Birthday Party

We had Karli's birthday party on Sunday June 28th. We had so much fun and I want to thank all my friends and hers that came out to party with us. We had it at a park with a waterplay area. It was so much fun to watch the kids play. We took Karli's walker so that she could "walk" through the sprinklers and such. She was zooming around so fast...we could hardly keep up with her. Here are some pictures of her enjoying her cake and playing in the water.

We had a professional photographer there but I won't get the disc of pictures until next week. I am so excited. I can't wait to see the pictures..

Karli's 1 year Checkup

We took Karli to the Dr for her 1 yr checkup on her birthday.. June 26th. She only had to get 2 shots.. thank goodness. She weighed in at a whopping 19lbs 3 oz.. and is 27.5" tall. She is cruising around the furniture like crazy, and crawling everywhere. Anytime she realizes that she isn't holding onto something when she is standing, she either promptly sits down or grabs bag ahold of something to hold onto. Anyway here are some pictures from the Dr's office...
